Baltonsborough Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School is an integral part of the small village of Baltonsborough, four miles from Glastonbury.

 

The school is at the heart of the village, linked as it is to the village hall and the playgroup.

  We have the use of the village hall for assemblies, PE and drama and of the village playing fields for games and sports day.  We swim at Strode Pool in Street.

 

The school building is 10 years old and benefits from superbly maintained custom-built accommodation. 

 

We are a four class school set in attractive grounds, being developed to provide a rich and stimulating outdoor learning environment. We also have an outside classroom and are planning a custom built kitchen for our children to develop their culinary skills.

 

We grow our own vegatables in the school grounds which are used for school lunches and we have our very own chickens which provide us with eggs.
