About Baltonsborough CE VC Primary School

Baltonsborough Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School is an integral part of the small village of Baltonsborough, four miles from Glastonbury.

The school is at the heart of the village, linked as it is to the village hall and the playgroup.

 We have the use of the village hall for assemblies, PE and drama and of the village playing fields for games and sports day.  We swim at Strode Pool in Street.

The school building is almost 10 years old and benefits from superbly maintained custom-built accommodation.  A new Learning Resource Centre has been built to house our suite of PCs.  This centre also includes our library.

We are a three class school set in attractive grounds, being developed to provide a rich and stimulating outdoor learning environment.
